  • On the Feast of the Epiphany,  it is a long standing tradition to bless the doors of our homes, especially those leading outdoors.

Blessed chalk is available in baskets at every parish church, near where bulletins are.

Please take one home to mark your door as you pray the blessing below.

May this simple tradition remind us to welcome Christ into our homes and into all who enter throughout the year.

Use the specially blessed chalk to mark the doors leading in and out of your home:

    • Begin by blessing yourselves: In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

    • Refer to prayer in bulletin or say the ‘Our Father’ prayer together

    • Mark each door as follows: 20 + C + M + B + 26

    • This stands for: Anno Domini (Year of the Lord) two thousand twenty-six. Christus Mansionem Benedicat (May Christ Bless this House)

    • Finish by saying: May Christ bless this house and remain with us throughout the coming year.

  • Meet others, explore big questions, and grow in faith together - wherever you are at in your faith journey. Each week features a short film and open conversation - join the 6 weekly sessions, as you are able. We will focus on living our Christian faith in the world.

    • Starts 7 Jan through 11 Feb

    • Wednesdays | 7:30–9pm

    • Parish Community Centre

  • The Bishop of Meath, Most Rev. Tom Deenihan, has issued a new Pastoral Letter on the future of parish life in our diocese. This letter reflects on what it means today to belong to a parish community, and how each parish is called to be a place of welcome, faith, and mission. We encourage all parishioners to read the letter, reflect on it, and pray for the future of our parish family. You can download it here:
